instead of viewing loneliness as a subversion of my nature ("humans should have
companionship, but i don't, which distances me from my humanity") i will view
it as an expression of my nature ("wanting companionship is just as much of
an expression of being mammalian as having companionship, regardless
of whether the want is answered") being lonely is being alive!!!
